If there is no checkbox in the column to the right, it means that the award does not fall in that category. Some awards which normally might receive a scroll may not show the checkbox because the recognition comes from outside the West (someone moved here, or was given an award from foreign royals, etc.). There are a variety of factors involved.

If you would like to find a scribe to create an award scroll for you, please visit the website for the West Kingdom Company of Scrivners & Limners (use the 'Contact Us!' link on the top right, then try contacting either the Guild Minister or appropriate Warden as you might feel appropriate).
If you are a scribe and wish to create a scroll for this individual, you should always get in touch with that individual (or someone close to them) to get their preferences, and to see if this has already been done by someone else, etc. It is a good idea to check their Who's Who page for any scroll preferences, including if they have a note that says 'I don't need anyone to make me scrolls.' The easiest way to get to their Who's Who page is to go to the top of this page and click the small green 'i' button next to their name.
If you can provide photos of scrolls, and they are not already on the History of the Kingdom of the West (on the left side menu click 'Arts and Sciences' then 'Scribal Arts'), the Kingdom Historian is always interested in receiving them. Please see information on the history site (see 'Help', among other things) for how to contact the historian.
