The idea is to be able to get a listing of all residents of a specific region or group, and to see what individual members may have. This also will include recipients of awards from a region or barony that do not live there, hence the listing will include the current area of residence of the award recipient. This may be quite useful for the officers of a local group who want to know if they should be recommending someone for an award, that kind of thing.
