This form may be used if you wish to recommend someone you know to the Crown of the West, Coronets of the Principalities, or Baronies of the West for recognition. Please note that recommendations are generally "taken under advisement", and that there is no guarantee that any one recommendation will be acted upon by the Royalty. The email sent from this form will go only to the Royalty with a copy to you -- no one else will see it. Note that under "Recommend Whom" there are links to the Awards List page on this site, and the West Kingdom History Site's Who's Who so you can find information about the individual you are recommending ...

Modern/Non-SCA name in case SCA Name is not known by person recommending them. If the 'For a Group?' checkbox is checked, please leave this empty.

           

Gender: select how this individual identifies (if you know); for Pronouns, if you know that they have a preference, even if the gender is 'traditional' and they prefer non-traditional pronouns, please provide this information. This can help the Royalty and the heralds if the royalty choose to act on this recommendation. The defaults for pronouns are, if gender identification is male: He/Him; if female: She/Her; otherwise: They/Them. If "Not Applicable" is selected, please leave the pronoun entry blank .

If you can, please provide a link with a photo of the individual, perhaps Facebook, or the West Kingdom Who's Who . On the Who's Who, right click the link image to the right of the person's name, in the popup menu select "Copy Link Location" (or words to that effect), and in the entry above you can paste that web address ...

Region is a Principality, "the Marches" (branches not in a Principality), Other Kingdom ...

If other Kingdom, please name the Kingdom, if you don't know, it is okay to say so (you could say "Unknown" for example ...).

Please specify the name, if you know it, of the local branch that they are in.
