This form is aimed at: the Scribal Coordinator for a reign, the Head of Court for a reign, or anyone else responsible for tracking scrolls that have been created, so that the information in the Awards List can be kept up to date. (This could include an individual scribe who has done a scroll or group of scrolls, that have not yet been updated online). There is a checkbox for awards that note a scroll has been created -- this is intended to ensure that scrolls are not duplicated. Please don't list scrolls from the award list that already have the "Has Scroll" box checked.

Fill in information as requested below. If you need to add more names use the button "Add 10 Rows", as needed. Please read the instructions given below.
