Please use this form to let the Golem Herald know that you are moving either TO the West Kingdom, or FROM the West Kingdom, so that the awards lists can be updated appropriately. If you do not have any awards at this time, there is no need to fill this out.

Please do not put URLs (web addresses) into the message -- we have a spam filter that checks for these, due to issues with all those spambots that stuff "messages" into any forms they find on the web and submit them.

Required: Please enter your SCA name as it appears in the appropriate award list (copy and paste if possible). If multiple people (a family, spouse, significant other, child, etc.) are involved in the move, please use the Message box below and list each person, rather than sending multiple emails.

Required: Please check this to make sure it is a real email address, or the Heralds cannot respond properly, if needed.

I am moving:

Required: Please select either "to the West Kingdom" or "from the West Kingdom", and then select the appropriate Kingdom from the dropdown list (which defaults to "The West"). The "local branch" entry is optional, but useful either direction when moving. Some Kingdom Heralds request, when information is passed along, where someone is moving to. It is also helpful here in the West -- we're a large, spread-out Kingdom, the more detail the better.

Optional: If you have a link available to your awards from your current Kingdom, it is helpful to the precedence herald for your new Kingdom if you can provide it, so that they can look up what recognitions you have. If you provide it, please try to copy it from the browser rather than type it, as it is very easy to introduce typos into a complex address.

Optional: If you know when the move is to take place, please use the calendar to enter the date, or you can type it using this format:
Month day, Year (i.e., November 22, 2024)

Optional but helpful: Provide any other information you may have. You do NOT need to provide a list of awards and dates and such. The Golem Herald will take the information given and go to the appropriate Kingdom's awards list and get that data. If multiple people are moving together, please provide their names as they appear in the awards list.
