Award/Recognition Descriptions -- Archery Champion of the West
"My Awards Go Jingle, Jangle, Jingle ..." -- Master Gerhardt von Nordflammen
This title is granted at 12th Night, after the conclusion of the Kingdom Annual Archery Competition (held in the fall). The Victor of this Championship is named the Kingdom Archery Champion for a year, and is offered membership in the Order of Missile Champions (formerly the Levis Armaturae) at the same time. (Note: there may be gaps in any listing of Archery Champions, due to periods when the competition was not held for reasons such as the Covid-19 Pandemic, or others ... this does not necessarily mean that a recognition is missing in the list, although we're all human and it's possible that's the situation.)
