This is for:

A "New Herald" is someone not currently in the roster. "An Update to My Information" assumes you are in the roster already, but information needs to be updated.

SCA Information

This is basic SCA information needed, including about your position in the College of Heralds.

SCA Name:

SCA Name with special characters if needed (diacriticals, etc.). If you wanted to use the AE Ligature or any other special characters, use the button to the right that brings up the Daud encoding page, but also includes HTML Entities, you will find that for the AE (capital) Ligature, you would use Æ, which would display (elsewhere, not in this entry area) as Æ. Note that the ampersand and semicolon are vital for these special entities.

Membership Number is required for Rostered Heralds, as they are officers, not required for anyone else, but. If you have a membership number, please provide a membership expiration -- this is now required by the College of Arms. (If you wish to be listed as a Cornet Herald, there is no requirement for this information.) Note: This information will not be displayed if someone searches for you on this site.

NOTE: You must provide at least one email address, it is a primary method of contact between the heralds' offices and you. Email addresses have specific requirements, please be sure to enter the email address correctly (something followed by @ symbol, followed by something else, a dot, and some other element, hence someone@somewhere.com is okay, but someone@somewhere is not, some addresses are of course more complex).
