REPORTS
Vesper (Alizan): Her term as Vesper is ending at Beltane. Antonio, Compline, will be stepping up at Beltane. Thanks to the College for everything they have done over the course of the pandemic. She has reviewed the outstanding items for the College with Antonio and is confident in her successor.
Vesper Principle Herald has the ability to offer the rank of Herald Extraordinary to heralds who have provided outstanding heraldic services to the College. A Herald Extraordinary is entitled to register a personal heraldic title.
Offer is extended to Frederick of Holland, as is now the tradition.
Offer is extended to Her Grace Eilis ni Roibeard O'Boirne for all of her outstanding service over years to the West College’s, including through many direct offices.
Offer is extended to Domamir Vlatko syn, who took over running virtual courts through the course of the pandemic, along with his regular duties of Seawolf and Exchequer for the College.
These offers will be Vesper’s final piece of business in Beltane court.
Green Crown (Eilis): Silk court tabards were found but will need substantial work before being put back into use. Her physical restrictions are delaying some of the replacements that were planned, but they are still in the works and the hoods are in use and working well.
Angus Duncan Cameron: Report regarding possible microphones for court business: he has one higher cost quote currently, and is working to get a lower quote that may take several weeks to come in.
End note: as this was an administrative meeting, all submissions and updates from LoARs are held until the next regularly scheduled meeting on Sunday, May 15.
